The Inner Peace Essence for Resolving Anger & Inner Conflicts

The Inner Peace Essence is a powerful combination to help you to release feelings of anger and to bring resolution to inner conflicts. It’s a very helpful Essence if you find it difficult to deal with anger in other people, find your own anger difficult to deal with or if you find it difficult to connect with any emotions at all.

The Emotion of Anger

Inner Peace Essence - a 10ml and 25ml bottle of Inner Peace Essence

The emotion of anger is something that we are all familiar with even if we may not be particularly comfortable in its presence. It can be a positive energy if we are able to use it in a balanced and mindful way but quite destructive if it is unmanaged and disowned.

Anger is one of those emotions that is becoming more obvious to us, both personally and collectively, as we go deeper into our evolutionary journey of transformation. This is because we cannot take any old emotions, or the stories attached to them with us on this journey. They need to be brought into awareness so that we can find a new perspective on them.

Anger and rage are frequencies that can sometimes be challenging energies to come up against when we have not grown up with any understanding or positive role models to guide us. Many people are now discovering hidden layers of anger within themselves that they were previously unaware of or perhaps had kept suppressed for many years.

Stored up Hidden Anger

How do we end up with layers of stored up, unprocessed anger to deal with? Often, this is the result of trying to fit into whatever the societal norm was that we grew up within. Anger is a very normal human emotion that we all feel from time to time.

However, if we grow up in a family that denies us permission to express our anger, or we feel terrorised by the unmanaged anger of someone close to us then we might decide that we have no choice but to suppress how we feel.

Garlic Flower The emotions of anger and rage that we have no outlet for then sit in our emotional body until they are triggered into our awareness by outer events. In this situation we may experience extreme discomfort around angry people, find ourselves easily drawn into angry arguments with others or find ourselves feeling withdrawn, disconnected, unmotivated, lacking in trust or unable to open our hearts fully.

Owning Our Anger

The habit of not expressing what we feel, especially when we feel angry, means that all too often we end up blaming someone else or a situation for the way that we feel. Perhaps we felt angry with our parents, partner or friend and are still holding them accountable for whatever made us feel angry. Nothing will keep us more stuck in the old emotion than this, because we are the ones feeling angry and we are also the only ones that can change this.

The most empowering thing that we can do for ourselves in this situation is to detach from the story and simply own all of the anger and rage that we feel. This way the emotion has an opportunity to start to flow and release. Journal what you feel, dig a big hole in the garden, or use the energy to help you do something you have been putting off.

Take some vibrational essences like the Inner Peace combination to help dissolve and break up the old, crystallised energies of anger and rage sitting in your emotional body. You will very soon feel lighter, more empowered and be able to see a new perspective on the old situations.
