As we experience what is going on inside of ourselves and observe what is currently happening to everyone around us it is very clear to us that the pace of change is continuing to gather momentum. It is now very noticeable that as greater and greater quantities of light and high frequency energies flood onto our planet we are all beginning to experience the results of this infusion of higher energy in a way that impacts our everyday lives. While this is an immensely positive process for human evolution it is also quite challenging at a human personality level, especially for those who currently have little or no awareness of themselves as more than their personality and physical body.
We find that it can be very helpful to recognise that our well tried and tested ways of understanding our world are rapidly becoming obsolete in the fast moving changes that we are now experiencing. Our ‘normal’ point of reference for understanding what is happening to us in life has primarily been the information provided by the data bank of our left-brain analytical mind, a storehouse based on memories from the past. If we continue to try to understand the changes we are going through solely from this perspective we will quickly find ourselves in a fog of confusion and fear because this part of ourselves simply has no reference point to understand the process we are going through. The understandings that we need are to be found in the greater perspective available to us through our awakening hearts. The more that we can transfer our attention away from the mind into the heart the easier we will find it to make the changes required of us. However, for many of us the route into the heart is still blocked by old pain, misunderstanding and lack of forgiveness and it is easy to find ourselves locked into the less expansive world of the unchallenged mind.
For all of us at this time it is important that we give ourselves the opportunity to spend time each day in communion with our own heart, becoming better acquainted with the vibration of love to be found within its unfolding depths. Here we will find the greater awareness and new perspectives needed to face the opportunities and challenges facing us in our changing world. These new perspectives will not necessarily be understood by the everyday mind and we must learn to get comfortable with this recognition and continue to empower our hearts to guide us into a new understanding of ourselves and our world.

We thought that we would like to share this wonderfully witty poem from Ogden Nash with you as a reminder to honour the gift of your own unique gifts and talents.
So That’s Who I Remind Me Of
by Ogden Nash
When I consider men of golden talents,
I’m delighted, in my introverted way,
To discover, as I’m drawing up the balance,
How much we have in common, I and they.
Like Burns, I have a weakness for the bottle,
Like Shakespeare, little Latin and less Greek;
I bite my fingernails like Aristotle;
Like Thackeray, I have a snobbish streak.
I’m afflicted with the vanity of Byron,
I’ve inherited the spitefulness of Pope;
Like Petrarch, I’m a sucker for a siren,
Like Milton, I’ve a tendency to mope.
My spelling is suggestive of a Chaucer;
Like Johnson, well, I do not want to die
(I also drink my coffee from the saucer);
And if Goldsmith was a parrot, so am I.
Like Villon, I have debits by the carload,
Like Swinburne, I’m afraid I need a nurse;
By my dicing is Christopher out-Marlowed,
And I dream as much as Coleridge, only worse.
In comparison with men of golden talents,
I am all a man of talent ought to be;
I resemble every genius in his vice, however heinous-
Yet I write so much like me.

The Flower of Life
The Flower of Life is an ancient symbol that has a profound significance for all who wish to understand the deeper meaning of life. Within its structure are the component parts of all organic life together with the clear reminder of the unity and sacredness of life. This symbol has been found around the world at the sacred sites of many cultures and religions both ancient and modern, yet information about it’s real meaning has been lost to the common man for a long time. The modern day mystic and spiritual teacher Drunvalo Melchizedek has now changed all that and offers those with a mind to discover more, the fruits of his many years of research into the Flower of Life symbol through his books and workshops. You can find out more about The Flower of Life and Drunvalo’s work from his website: http://www.floweroflife.org/teachings.htm.
Here is a short quote to wet your appetite!
“The Flower of Life is a universal template with many lenses. When placed over the face of a common or ordinary circle or sphere, the Flower of Life maps a window into the unity of infinity and turns the ordinary into a revelation of the extraordinary. Looking into the window of the Flower of Life challenges us to unify our mind, heart, and spirit. When we can truly see all life woven so intimately, we strengthen the embrace of the divine in our lives and we can transform our world through the vision of universal unity”.

Metatron’s Cube
Illustration by courtesy of www.floweroflife.org
Metatron’s Cube is built upon a template derived from the Flower of Life symbol as shown above and contains all five Platonic Solids; Cube, Tetrahedron, Octahedron, Icosahedron & Dodecahedron. These five shapes are the building blocks life and as such can be found in minerals & organic life of all kinds as well as sound, music, language, sacred art and architecture.

Archangel Metatron is considered in esoteric literature to be the Voice of God and is depicted in ancient texts with the image of the cube that bears his name emblazoned on his chest or floating around him.
It is a powerful symbol that can bring order, balance and unity to body, mind & spirit. Try printing out a copy and using it as a focus for meditation or put it under your pillow at night.

12 12 and the Solstice, December 08
There is no doubt that we live in exciting and tumultuous times. As 2008 draws to a close and we review the events that have taken place since the beginning of the year there can be no doubt in anyone’s mind that we have entered a period of change, the like of which none of us has witnessed before. How each of us view these changes will be based on our individual perceptions of reality and also the information that we have at our disposal. As with any situation in life our choice of perception determines the quality of our experiences as well as affecting the outcome of the situation itself.
The current situation unfolding in our world is certainly no different, so it is vitally important that we choose to look beyond the drama and to acknowledge the greater picture of what is happening. That greater picture is truly magnificent when viewed from the perspective of our soul rather than simply that of our personality. From the perspective of the soul we have arrived at a point that was only a possible destination when many of us incarnated into our current lifetimes, a place from which we can now collectively manifest a new world of light and love right here on Planet Earth. From a wider perspective still this opportunity is occurring as part of the massive expansion of consciousness that is taking place in the whole of our Universe as everything responds to the impulses from Source that signal the end of one cycle and the beginning of another.
Viewed from this perspective it is easier to see that everything that is taking place right now is happening according to an orchestrated plan, a plan that comes from the Divine Mind rather than the human mind. This Plan involves a complete restructuring of the foundations upon which we have based our collective and individual realities, a move away from 3D polarity consciousness into 5D Unity Consciousness. We have now reached a point where a sufficient number of people on Earth are able to hold this new focus strongly enough for it to begin to take precedence over the old. This enormous shift in consciousness means that everything based on the old reality simply has no foundation anymore and as we have seen, begins to break down and fall apart. Rather than this being something to fear it is actually something to celebrate. Of course this does not mean that the process we are going through is necessarily easy or without its challenges and difficulties, however it is essential that we choose not to get pulled into fear.
December this year will bring us yet more profound opportunities for change. Firstly we have the powerful 12 12 Gateway which opens each year on the 12th December offering us the opportunity to receive an outflow of Unconditional Divine Love from our Cosmic Parents. If we are open to receive this magnificent gift of love it will encourage us to anchor a new level of unity between the masculine and feminine aspects of ourselves taking us deeper into Unity Consciousness. This year the December full moon falls on the 12th and will magnify this energy, illuminating any aspects of ourselves that need a greater focus of love to come into alignment.
During the nine days that follow the 12 12 we will receive a huge amount of help and support from our brothers and sisters in the Realms of Light to anchor this new level of unity so that we can take full advantage of the opportunities presented by the energies of the Solstice on December 21st. At this time there will be a great expansion of Light within our Universe that will open a doorway for each of us on Earth that is ready to move into a higher level of consciousness to do so.
If you want to find out more about what is really going on you can listen to some very powerful and enlightening channelled information about both these dates and what is to come beyond, on Michelle Eloff’s site:- www.thelightweaver.org. Through Michelle, Mary Magdalene offers us a beautiful message about the 12 12 Universal Solstice while Kuthumi offers some powerful information about how to use the opportunities of the 21 12 Second Ascension Wave. This channelling from Kuthumi is so important that Michelle has made it available to us all FREE. Enjoy!

When I was on the CVM course learning about the Karmic Essences I got the strong sense that at some time in the future it would do me good to work with Pink Rose. I had identified a very strong fear element in so many aspects of my life and on the physical side, I had long history of exercise induced Asthma [ mild ] and the occasional eruption of Eczema – all potentially fear/grief based from all the things I had read.
This year has seen a really big increase in frequency and severity of these Asthma episodes so I decided my time to meet Pink Rose was now! I took 4 drops twice a day for five days and then stopped because I had an awful flu-like cold and felt dreadful. On the third day after I stopped the essence my chest went into spasm and my ability to breathe at all seemed to be failing fast!
So what was really going on here, what was the message for me? Initially I did not have a clue. It was taking everything I had to deal with the physical experience, but as time has gone on I have gained some insights which I would like to share with you if I may.
A couple of the clearings that I have had over the last year have been on a very deep cellular level so it did not seem unreasonable to assume that this was along the same lines. The intuitive guidance of a colleague immediately prior to my decision to take Pink Rose was that I had now moved more into my feminine aspect but there was a resistance to allowing the male aspect in. This could be that my memories of male energy were frightening in some way, not to be trusted and even may have resulted in my death at some time which of course is true for a lot of us. There must be a balance of the male and female energies for things to work properly. I must admit here that all this seemed a bit above my grasp of understanding at the time; I knew that this information was accurate but I could not relate to it.
During this time I was led to read some paragraphs from “Signposts” by Denise Lynn where she said that every experience you have is filled with signs regarding your life and every sign will emanate from your beliefs. A belief is a thought or perception that you consider to be a reality. She also suggests that you can get clues by looking at the area of your body affected and also examine the emotions that you have surrounding the problem and feel what it is telling you. I read the information on Lungs – that they often reflect suppressed grief but they also “represent the breath of life and taking in life, as well as taking charge of your life. Are you living life to full capacity?” It was this last part that really connected with me. I love walking the peaks with family and friends but my breathing difficulties have made this increasingly more difficult and I resent it because it stops me getting the maximum enjoyment that I know is possible, it makes me a weak link, a liability and I hold everyone back which makes me very feel angry about myself and brings with it lots of guilt.
When I was working with Kuthumi’s “Turning of the Tide” meditation on 11:11 I was given the information that this was a clearing experience and I must relax into it. The Masters confirmed I had been locked in fear for a very long time and it was my memories that were keeping me there…it was time to let them go.
If I look at all of this information what does it reveal? My interpretation would be this. For some reason in the past I have made a negative judgement about male energy and that has become a belief pattern. It was such a deep unconscious one that I had no idea it was there and that may explain why I found it so difficult to relate to my colleague’s guidance. This belief is as restrictive to my spiritual advancement as my Asthma is to my physical and I would guess that the feelings of anger and resentment that I have toward the breathing difficulties are also directed at the male energy. I have always known that I hold a lot of anger and aggression toward men in certain situations but what I had not grasped until now is that on some level, I was so frightened of that energy I was blocking that part of myself.
Was my date with Pink Rose worth it? Absolutely! It has brought into my consciousness a very restricting belief pattern that has to be cleared if I am going to move forward toward achieving my full potential. In loosening the fear it has enabled other emotions that have been suppressed to come to the surface and that can only be a good thing.
