The Inner Child Essences
These unique and beautiful combinations of flower and gem essences have been given to us by the grace of Mother/ Father God.
The sacred flowers and gems are gifts of love from Mother Earth for Her children. The blends and specific guidance on each essence and combination were given to Shimara Kumara from the Infinite Intelligence of the Creator and the Devas of the plant and mineral kingdoms.
The beautiful blue glass bottles ensure that the high vibrational frequency of the Inner Child essences, suspended in pure water and alcohol, is maintained.
How to Use the Inner Child Essences
Take 7 drops on the tongue from the chosen Inner Child bottle between 2-4 times a day. Try 4 times a day at first. For those who are very sensitive start with twice a day.
Take away from food and especially first thing in the morning and before bed.
Monitor your thoughts and feelings and make notes of any changes you may feel. Be aware that often flower and gem essences will bring subconscious patterns into your mind as part of the healing process, they are then released and transmuted. It is important to honour this, knowing that you will feel so much better afterwards and will have reached a new, higher level of consciousness because of your new insights.
In rare cases, you may find that things are moving too quickly for you, so simply reduce the dosage to a manageable level, but CONTINUE TAKING THE ESSENCE as it is working.
If you feel a slight discomfort in any part of the body, this is usually a part of the healing process and passes in a day or two.
Long held patterns can affect the physical body until they are released and cleared away so if you have an illness or disease know that you are healing at a causal level.
Continue until the bottle is finished and then review; you may need another bottle of the same to finish the clearing process or a different combination. Let your intuition be the guide.
Flower and gem essences will not affect any other medicine or treatment you are taking as they work on a different, vibrational level.

Dosage Notes
We would recommend that you only take one Inner Child Essence at a time, and that you do not take any other higher vibrational essences at the same time.
