Karmic Essences
This set of ten essences was developed with the recognition of the fact that to achieve real and lasting healing it is necessary to work with the deep-seated unconscious layers of the personality as well as those that are at a more surface level of awareness.
The Karmic Essences link directly into the 38 Bach Remedies and for this reason they make a very good starting point for those who are familiar with Dr Bach’s ‘38’ and who wish to explore deeper acting essences.
Dr Bach’s intensive work on the different ways in which his patients reacted to the same illness or disease led him to identify seven distinct personality groups or types of behaviour. It is these issues of the personality that his 38 remedies were designed to balance.
It is our experience that the Bach Flower Remedies work wonderfully on the outer layers of the personality but that other essences are usually necessary to help release the unconscious patterning that underpins the surface personality issues. The Karmic Essences were developed to help with this deeper work.

The 3 Trinity Essences
The three Trinity essences are - Fuchsia, Geranium & Lily
These three essences provide a bridge of light linking the original ‘38’ remedies of Dr Bach to the 7 Karmic Essences. They are particularly helpful where you feel there is a need to clear away blockages in the heart before using one of the Karmic Essences. There are no rules here – simply use your intuition. Many people move straight from using Bach Flower Remedies into using Karmic Essences without needing this bridge. |
