Beech - Bach Flower Remedies
Beech - Bach Flower Remedies

The Beech remedy, made from the flowers of the beautiful Beech trees, helps us when we feel intolerant or critical of ourselves or others.

Beech - Bach Flower Remedies

For those very critical and judgemental of others. Often irritated by people's little habits. Very intolerant and with a fixed outlook, often bringing rigidity of the body. This remedy brings greater tolerance and an ability to view life with a wider perspective.

Dr Bach's description of Beech:-

"For those who feel the need to see more good and beauty in all that
surrounds them. And, although much appears to be wrong, to have
the ability to see the good growing within. So as to be able to be
more tolerant, lenient and understanding of the different way each
individual and all things are working to their own final perfection."
From the Twelve Healers & Other Remedies - By Dr Edward Bach ( 1936 edition )

Dr Bach placed Beech in the Overcare for Welfare of Others Group

How To Use:- To do this you can put 2 drops of each remedy required into a clean glass dropper bottle containing up to 30ml of spring or spa water, adding a teaspoon full of brandy or cider vinegar as a preservative. You can also put 4 drops into a glass of water and sip. We would recommend a dosage of 8 x a day for chronic states and every 30-60 minutes for acute states, reverting to the normal dosage when more balance has returned.

If you would like something more deeper acting as a complement, you could also try a Tolerance Combination which helps to clear and release intolerance.
