Loneliness

Feelings of loneliness and isolation from others are the result of blockages in the heart chakra created by painful experiences in this or other lifetimes. In order to protect ourselves from experiencing this pain again we create barriers around our hearts that prevent us from fully giving or receiving love. The inevitable result of this is that we feel isolated and alone and this is the message that we unconsciously put out to the Universe, which responds by returning us more of the exact same experiences.
