Tax
All orders made from within from the UK or the European Union will be liable for V.A.T. ( Value Added Tax ) at 17.5% - i.e. you will be charged the VAT inclusive price shown in the shopping cart ( the only exception to this is if you are ordering from within the E.U. but outside of the U.K. and you have a valid E.U. V.A.T. registration number. You may enter this in, and subject to approval, your order will be dispatched VAT free ).
Orders placed from outside the E.U. that are being sent to destinations outside of the E.U. are V..A.T. free, and you will be charged the V.A.T. free price shown in the shopping cart after you have logged into or created your account. However, those ordering from outside of the E.U. are responsible for import duties and other taxes which may apply once the package reaches your country.

Returns Policy
Returns Policy - If you wish to return or exchange an essence (*exceptions ) for any reason, please make sure that it is returned to us in an 'as sent condition' within 14 days of receipt ( we can not make a refund on essences which have been opened, damaged or had their tamper proof seals removed or broken.)
Refund:- Subject to the above, and upon safe receipt of the returned order ( address details in – contact us ), we will make you a full refund, minus the original postage & packing charge. Cost of postage for returns to our address is payable by the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. *NB – We are unable to exchange or refund combinations of Flower, Gem & Crystal Essences which have been specifically prepared as a unique personal combination.
Missing or Damaged Goods
If we inadvertently send you an incorrect essence, or there is a shortage in your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will be happy to correct the mistake. If you receive a broken essence in your parcel, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt and we will send you a replacement ASAP...

Worldpay - Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction.
