Post, Packing & Delivery

Dispatch We usually dispatch your order either same or next working day.

Post & Packing is calculated on the weight of the essences that you order. The weight bands are shown below and the appropriate postal charge is added on in the payment stage, when you have selected your shipping destination. Each essence and set in the shop has a weight shown,
so you can get an idea of postage as you go along.

Delivery - Delivery in the U.K. is either by Royal Mail or Courier and should be with you within 1 or 2 days of dispatch. Delivery to Europe, the U.S.A. and the Rest of the World is either by Airmail or Courier. Depending on your location and the service used, delivery usually takes 3 - 10 days.
