In reality this is not a new situation for most people, simply one that has become more obvious because it no longer works in the new energy flow.
To break this uncomfortable habit we must consistently remember to bring our focus into the present moment where we can access the consciousness of the heart. From this perspective a much greater awareness is available to us and the ability to manifest positive creative ideas from the higher mind becomes readily available. The state of inner harmony that accompanies this ability to live in the heart will very quickly take precedence over the previously experienced states of agitation and over activity if focussed on with intention and attention.
