December and the last month of the year! We are doing our best to stay in the now moment, but it does seem difficult to believe that 2019 is almost over. Around us here in Norfolk, nature has gone fully into rest mode for the winter, taking the opportunity to build the resources that it will require to bring forth new growth when spring arrives again.
As humans we are also connected into these natural cycles, so for us in the northern hemisphere winter is an opportunity to reflect, gather resources and focus our intentions for the year ahead. Do remember to take time out to rest and replenish your resources as well as celebrate, over the coming festive season.

The Energies of December
2019 has not been an easy year for many people; there has been a lot going on and often some very difficult things to deal with along the way.
The energetic flow for December looks set to provide us with a grand climax to the roller coaster journey we have all been on this year. One that will help us finally shed the old worn out shells of what we have believed about ourselves in favour of a permanently more expanded perspective.
Transformation, Truth, Alignment and Purpose are some of the exciting potentials held within the energetic construct this month. Over the next few weeks take the opportunity to gather the threads of everything that you have been working on over the past 12 months and then give yourself permission to move beyond it.
The transformational momentum of the current energy flow will support you all the way through this final clearing process and leave you feeling stronger, more aligned and on purpose.
2020 will be an exciting year full of expanded possibilities and new beginnings, all of which will be easier to negotiate from an empowered place of balance within ourselves.
December Full Moon and Chiron’s Healing Power
Currently, there is an unusually large gathering of heavyweight planetary forces in the Capricorn sector of the sky which will be responsible for stimulating a process of change and transformation in every aspect of our lives for some considerable time to come.
The full moon on December 12th (exact 05:12 UTC) will further illuminate the power of this transformational focus, so this will be a particularly good time to stay in touch with yourself and allow anything that needs resolution, a loving space in which to clear through.
December 12th will also see Chiron turning direct in Aries. Chiron represents our deep core wounding and the momentum created as this planet stations direct will create an opportunity for us to recognise and heal these old wounds from a perspective not previously possible.
Often these emotionally based wounds are unconscious anchors for more familiar, difficult to resolve personality patterns. We do our best to hide them, especially from ourselves, because they make us feel emotionally weak and vulnerable. However, once brought into the open and allowed to dissolve in loving acceptance, what we considered a vulnerability becomes one of our greatest strengths.
12 12 Gateway and the Winter Solstice
The energies flowing into the planet through the 12 12 Gateway and around the Winter Solstice (exact December 22 04:19 UTC) will again gift us a download of high frequency light containing evolutionary codes that trigger expansion of consciousness and alignment with our true self and soul purpose.
This energy is so beautiful and exactly what we need to help us with the transformational process that we are engaged in this month. Do give yourself space to receive and integrate as much of it as you can.
The Influence of Sagittarius
The sun moved into the constellation of Sagittarius on November 22nd, initiating a flow of magnified Sagittarian energies that will be contributing their unique flavouring to the already full energetic mix this month.
The fiery energies of Sagittarius stimulate clear vision, clarity, focus and purpose. They also encourage connection with the higher mind and intuition, as well as inspiring wisdom and truthfulness.
The astrological symbol for Sagittarius is that of the archer in the act of firing an arrow towards a distant target. Sometimes the archer is depicted as a centaur – half man and half horse – and sometimes as a knight on a white horse. In both cases, there is intention and focus implied in the aiming of the arrow towards its target.
There is a reminder within this symbology of the need for us to set clear goals and to ensure that all aspects of ourselves are aligned with that goal, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
Let this energy help you to connect with the bigger picture of YOU this month, so that you can lovingly dispel any outdated misperceptions that you might still be holding on to.
Healing the Wounds of Separation

There is a huge momentum in the energy flow this month towards healing the past and the deep old wounds that relate to separation consciousness.
We have all had many incarnations immersed in 3rd and 4th dimensional consciousness on planet Earth. In the process we have thoroughly explored what it means to come into a body and loose all memory and conscious awareness of who we are at a multidimensional level.
Many misperceptions have been gathered along the way, but possibly the most fundamental one is a belief that we are separate from Creation and must somehow try to find our way back to Wholeness. Of course, nothing could be further from the truth, but the myth persists in the deep emotional wounding that is held within the human lineages that we have incarnated into over and over again.
Now is the moment of opportunity where we can release this old patterning from the human data bank by allowing it to clear through each of us conscious enough to see beyond it.
This is transformation at a very profound level, yet all that is actually required is for us to stay present in the moment, focussed in the light and unconditional love of our true self with a willingness to own and transform what we have chosen to work with in our own human lineage.
The key is to see everything and anything from a neutral, unconditionally loving space that allows us to recognise that this is not the truth of who we are, just a misperception, a distortion of reality that needs updating.
Essence Suggestions for December
Vibrational essences are wonderful tools to help with exactly the kind of inner transformation that the energy flow this month is keen to promote. So, with the broad theme of personal transformation as a starting point here are some suggestions for essences that might prove helpful over the next few weeks.
Staying Present
For all of us there can be a tendency to move away from ourselves when deeply uncomfortable old patterns get triggered off. However, if there is not enough of ourselves present, transformation takes a back seat and we can easily find ourselves too caught up in the energy of the pattern to be able to get a new perspective on it. In this situation either Being Present; becoming grounded, Earth Connection Spray; strong foundations or Earth Star would be very supportive.
Adjust Your Vibration
Essences in spray form are particularly good when it comes to adjusting your personal energy space quickly so that it is easier for you to expand your perspective on a situation and to connect with your own inner truth and wisdom. Expand Your Heart Connection
Being able to hold an unconditionally loving space, first for yourself and then for others, is absolutely essential if we are to move through major transformation with ease and grace. This is a huge pattern belonging to the old consciousness of separation and sits at the bottom of many an uncomfortable misperception. If you find yourself touching into this kind of energy this month either Self-Acceptance; restoring unconditionality, Forgiveness; transforming guilt, or Inner Freedom; transforming judgement might be just what you need to help you realign.
