We begin by reflecting on where we started out at the beginning of 2025 and look to see where we have arrived as we pass the mid-point in this fast-moving year. We also look at the highlights and opportunities of the cosmic energy flow this month, consider what it means to finally step out of the 3D matrix, discuss the sharp end experience of doing that and highlight the importance of nurturing our own inner still point within the heart. As we pass the halfway point in the year, this would be a good time to pause for a moment and reflect upon how much has happened in your inner world in these last six months. It is possible that you will find that now you feel like a different person than you did at the beginning of the year. You may well also be able to look back and remember that you have had some uncomfortable moments of review and rearrangement as you did your best to let go of more old issues and stories that were holding you back. Energetically each month of the year has built on the previous one to take us forward up the spiral and on through the immense energies of the June solstice gateway. This moment marked a point of reset for all of us and our planet as we moved through the intensity of the doorway that opened wide for us at that time. Of course, this energy is still ongoing and there is more road to travel, but you are certainly not the same as you were. You might experience this as a shift in perspective that allows you to see things differently, an increasing sense of freedom within yourself, more connection with your higher self /soul or a much greater understanding about who you really are and what you are capable of. Perhaps you are now feeling a desire to step out in the world in a different way, experiencing a change in friendship groups or close relationships or even choosing to completely reinvent your life. However grand or subtle the changes you notice are, celebrate and allow the new you to step forward with enthusiasm. |

The Cosmic Energy Flow for July |
|
The energies of July will be helping us to consolidate the new place we find ourselves in and encouraging us to explore the opportunities opening up with imagination and wonder. There are also some fast moving, intense and emotional threads in the cosmic energy flow this month that will need our careful attention if we are to stay focussed and in the flow of the new. It is a very changeable energetic landscape this month with Venus and Uranus both moving into Gemini, and Neptune, Mercury, Saturn and Chiron all turning retrograde. In particular Uranus moving into Gemini will create a big shift in energetic focus which will energise communication systems of all kinds and offer the opportunity for new innovations and ideas. Personally, we may find ourselves impulsed to create more social connections or to explore new things that spark our interest and enthusiasm. Uranus brings sudden, unexpected change and transformation so we can all expect to be shaken out of our comfort zones in some new area of life over the coming weeks and months. The Full Moon this month is on July 10th at 9.36pm UK time. With the Sun now in Gemini the Moon will be in the opposite sign of Capricorn. The energy of this full moon has a solid, grounded, practical feel to it. You may well experience this as a time of positive action that you can use to take responsibility for anything in your life that needs reorganisation. A good time to check out whether you have all of your foundations in place ready to move forward in new ways. We also have a beautifully aspected New Moon in Leo on July 24th at 8.11pm UK time. This is offering you a space for magical new beginnings and inviting you to step forth with courage to fully energise your strand of creation with your values, dreams and desires. |

Our Sun conjuncts the star Sirius at 14 degrees of Cancer every year between July 2 and 7th which activates the opening of a gateway for an expanded energetic exchange between Sirius and the Earth. Sirius is considered to be Earth’s spiritual sun and during this period in July when we are particularly in alignment, we receive a welcome flow of high frequency, creative, inspirational energies designed to help us evolve and grow. Each of us is a unique spark of the Source of all things and when we fully reconnect with that knowingness and choose to live from that awareness, we will illuminate our strand of reality in magical ways that benefit all life. At the Sharp End of Experience |
|
For many of us the actual experience of these energies of ‘reset’ is somewhat mixed. On the one hand we can more easily connect with the expansive, intoxicating freedom of being who we truly are after many lifetimes of limited human experiences, yet on the other hand the human part of ourselves that is being leaned on to change is experiencing some uncomfortable moments as that change and reset happens. The high frequency light codes that are flowing into the planet and being absorbed by our energy systems are waking us up to our true nature and also illuminating those things that are out of alignment with that truth. For each of us these old story threads are the glue that is preventing us from letting go and just stepping fully into the freedom of who we truly are. They are uncomfortable and sometimes disturbing but they are fragments of us, and they are really just requesting our love and attention to reintegrate. Keeping that perspective on anything old that might show up in your inner world this month will definitely make it easier to stay in the flow. Remember to match any difficult story thread with an appropriate essence to help it dissolve the glue that is making it difficult to reintegrate that particular fragment of you. As you relax and breath into your body touch deeply into what you are feeling in that moment, whatever it might be, wanted or not. Notice anywhere that you are holding tension, acknowledge anything that you are feeling or any thoughts that might be present. Open your heart more fully and invite your higher self to flood you with its love and light and just allow that all is well whatever might be going on for you in that moment. This allows you to connect with any parts of you that are requesting your attention from a place of stillness and acceptance. It also provides an opportunity for your nervous system to reset and for you to dialogue with any aspect of you that needs help. |
