In this month's E-Light we explore how we can best position ourselves to navigate the ongoing energies of change with a degree of fun, ease and grace. We look at how we can do this by choosing to flow with the changing densities of our current reality and aligning ourselves with our own inner spiritual authority. We also look at how important it is to stay firmly centred in our hearts, keep our personal vibrational frequency high and avoid getting caught up in distractions that might pull us back into old polarities of density. |
September was indeed an energetically intense and impactful month, with the two eclipses followed by the Equinox energies keeping things rolling at high speed for the whole month. We are all still dealing with the outflow from these energies as we move into October and it may take some time yet for everything to settle down into its new shape. The overriding sense of the energies between now and the end of the year is that the roller coaster of change is not going to slow up much, if at all. Having said that however, October does promise to be a slightly less turbulent month than its predecessor which will give us a much-needed opportunity to integrate and rebalance. These next few weeks will offer you an opportunity to strengthen your connection to your own inner centre and anchor point, so that you can reevaluate how best to negotiate the ongoing energies of change and transformation. It is so important that we keep in mind that we are a part of this change and that it is happening from within us and not to us. What we choose matters as does the perspective that we see it from. There is no doubt that it can be hard to see the world that we have known and the things that we thought formed the bedrock of our societies beginning to disintegrate and move into chaos or to witness conflict and division being deliberately escalated, not to mention the lack of regard for human rights and freedoms that is becoming so obvious. However, if we can just remember this is all the result of the changes taking place and that these are needed in order for us to elevate our frequency permanently beyond the old third dimensional template, it will make it easier to negotiate. In reality all is well and we just have to let go and enjoy the ride! |

As the Earth moves deeper into the photon belt and more and more high frequency Source light flows into our world, the density of the old third dimensional construct is beginning to lighten so that everything that has been held within it in such a constricted way, now has the freedom to change, loosen up and expand. We might see this within ourselves as a loosening up of belief patterns, long buried emotions becoming more prominent and an increasing ability to see everything from a more expanded perspective. We might be very onboard with this being a part of the waking up process from a personal perspective but forget that exactly the same thing has to happen to everything in our world as well. As the energies become lighter and more fluid the rules that have been considered finite about how energy works, behaves and manifests in the world, no longer apply in the old ways. At the same time any structures built on old density models, like governments, health systems, educational establishments, corporations etc. are finding it hard to maintain their power and control because this is no longer supported in the current energy flow. The premise that they were built around is falling away to some extent leaving them needing to morph and change to keep up with the changes. In the last few years in particular, the world has become a melting pot of change as slowly but surely the good, bad and the ugly have been released from their constrictions and started to float free. This can feel rather unnerving and as though everything is breaking apart and falling into chaos but if you remember to view it from the perspective that everything has to be released from the constriction and limitation of the third density construct so that it can change, then it will be easier to move beyond it. |

The Inner Light Essence is the essence to use when you need some support to lighten the effects of density on your body and energy fields. The essences that it contains will help your body to assimilate greater quantities of light and also to remember your original patterning of perfection. If you have difficulty seeing the bigger picture, have lost contact with your inner knowing or feel disconnected from your inner wisdom this is the essence for you. |

Navigating the Chaos of Change |
|
|
Keep in mind that at a soul level you know exactly how to do this, that is why you are here. We each have our puzzle piece that we brought to slot into the greater whole. Allow yourself to float free of the old limitations as best you can and keep your perspective open to what is possible rather than on what is complete and falling away. Most importantly we need to change our centre of gravity so that we have a solid internal foundation that we can rely upon as things change around us. This is a big change of emphasis because humanity has been continually encouraged to look to the outside for everything and discouraged from building a strong centre within. This is just the way the world has been constructed in the third dimensional density that we have lived in for so long, but we have to break the habit now because we need a strong inner core foundation to rely upon to move into our own spiritual authority. This is the direction that the energy flow is taking us at the moment, and it is gathering pace. |

Look from the Perspective of the Heart |
|
|
Your true core foundation is in the consciousness of your heart. This is where you have access to the wisdom of your soul / higher self and where you can know what is right for you in any given situation. When you observe from your heart space things look so very different than they do from the perspective of your mind. Without the guidance of your heart your mind will very easily draw you back into old belief patterns and the learned perspective of the now changing everyday world. Your heart will remind you of the puzzle piece that you brought with you and how to use it and it will also help you hold a compassionate focus on what needs space to change. Unlearning the habits of referring to the outside world for our information, validation and authority will take some focus and attention on our part, because for most of us we are undoing many lifetimes of learning. However, remember that the density is loosening up so it is easier to do this now than it has ever been. Some things you will find disappear very quickly while others might linger because there are still threads of energy and belief systems unconsciously holding them in place. Just keep in mind that when you move away from yourself you are living from the outside in rather than the inside out, where your own authority lies. Give yourself permission to get used to listening to your own inner voice and following it as best you can. Notice any patterns or trigger points that you might still have that could encourage you to step out of your own centre. We all have them and the more conscious we can become of them the less power they can have over us. |

Elevate Your Vibrational Frequency |
|
|
Your personal vibrational frequency is created by the thoughts, beliefs and emotional energies that you focus on, as well as the amount of light that you are able to integrate into your energetic system. Remember that your vibrational frequency is like a beacon that broadcasts continually to the universe. It influences what you are able to align with energetically, as well as regulating your ability to access high frequency understandings and to see beyond the everyday reality as it is being promoted. One of the important keys to being able to navigate the current process of change with some degree of ease, lies in our ability to consciously choose what we allow to make up our personal vibrational frequency. Just giving yourself time to notice what you are thinking and feeling on a regular basis can be a very helpful way to work with this. Pay attention to any old thought loops that you might fall into. For instance, I am not enough, I can’t do that, no one loves me, or feelings of separation, fear, guilt or blame. All things that are totally out of alignment with who you truly are and carry a low frequency vibration that will limit your ability to align with the perspective of your heart if not seen and allowed to release. We have all had the experience of needing to clear some old patterns and then finding ourselves temporarily stuck in some old low frequency energies. If you think about this experience for a moment, you will probably remember that when your vibrational frequency drops it is much more difficult to stay in your centre and easier to get pulled back into the chaos of the outer world goings on. Using Flower, Gem & Crystal Essences can be a very powerful way of elevating your frequency again because they will very quickly start to dissolve the low frequency energies that are needing release and remind you how to see from the perspective of the heart again. The more mindful we can become about the vibrations that we allow to linger in our energy fields the easier it will be to weed out those that we no longer need. |

The Positive Vibrations Spray is one of my favourite essence sprays because it is just so good at clearing away low frequency energies from your field and elevating your vibrational frequency so that you can see beyond whatever limitation you might be facing in the moment. It is also excellent to use as a room clearing spray for the same purpose. Inner Calm Essence - the vibration of fear is one that underpins so many of our old polarity patterns. It is also one that can hold our frequency low and make it difficult to move past old patterns. This is the essence to use if you find yourself needing to negotiate through a patch of old fear or perhaps feel stuck and cannot see what is causing it. Fear is often the hidden culprit in this situation. |

As the density loosens up and the process of change pushes forward there are a very wide range of vibrational frequencies floating around in the world, many of which are being deliberately generated to manipulate and distract us into staying in the same old place, so that it is more difficult for us to wake up and chose to change. How much easier this process of change would be if we were told the truth about what is happening and the opportunities that we are being offered by the cosmos. Maybe this will happen at some future point, but currently those that would like things to stay as they are, are pulling out all of the stops to try to hold the process back and using lies, distraction, control and manipulation to try to keep people stuck and unaware. However, they will not be able to succeed at this if enough people chose to move into their hearts, raise their frequency, refuse to be disempowered and step fully into their spiritual authority. Be very mindful this month of where you might step back into the polarity of right /wrong, good / bad, them / us etc because then you are playing the old game. The dynamics of polarity belong to the old density game, and they are so familiar to us that it is not difficult to find yourself taking up a polarised position about something that you feel strongly about. If you should happen to notice this, just take a breath, laugh at yourself and move back into your heart. Do your best to send compassion to both ends of the polarity and allow it to come into balance within you. Taking the energy out of the polarity in this way diminishes its power and allows new possibilities to come forward that would not otherwise be available. |

The Inner Freedom Essence is the essence to take when you find yourself uncomfortably bouncing around in a polarity of right/wrong, good/bad etc. It will gently help you to dissolve the old vibrations of criticism and judgement and set you free to open your heart so that you can find a new place of balance beyond the old polarity.
