Earth Connection Spray Essence Review

So our focus for this month’s essence review is the Earth Connection Spray from our Pure Vibrations Collection.

Strong energetic foundations have always been an essential component when it comes to our ability to create balance, harmony & wellbeing in life. You may well have found that the need to be anchored firmly into the Earth has recently become even more obvious to you as you negotiate the current stage of our collective transformational journey.

Slowly we are being helped to realign our consciousness with a 5th dimensional patterning for life while at the same time releasing anything from the old 3rd dimensional reality that cannot be taken with us. We are all at different stages on this journey and there are currently some very noisy distractions being created in the world by those who are finding the changes difficult to accept.

The most positive contribution we can make in this situation is to remember to stay grounded and  present in our own energy and light, ready to engage the new opportunities that are available when we choose to look from a more expanded perspective. Energy follows thought so it is important that we are very discerning about what we energise with our attention.

The Importance of our Earth Connection

Just like a large tree that requires an underground root structure at least as big as its canopy to provide solid enough foundations for it to thrive, so too do we humans. Our energetic system is designed to work as a unit that includes our physical body as one part of its structure.

When everything is working fully, energy flows into the physical through our chakras from the subtle bodies and then down our grounding cord into the Earth, through our earth star chakra and back up in a constant loop of nurturing energy.

Taking a moment each morning to activate your grounding cord so that it connects your base chakra to your earth star chakra under your feet as you breath yourself fully into your body can be a very nurturing thing to do. Follow on by breathing the energy up from your earth star to engage each of your lower chakras until you reach the heart and then simply gather yourself up into a big bubble of love and light that you breath out from your heart chakra.

Here you have the opportunity to disengage from any energies that are not yours and to set your intentions and focus for your day ahead.

The Earth Connection Spray
