Sunflower Essence Review

So in this month’s Essence Review we turn our attention to one of the individual flower essences included in our Flower Essence Collection Set; Sunflower.

Sunflowers are one of the most easily recognisable flowers with their extremely tall, strong stems and huge flower heads, which characterise the sun giving off abundant rays of energy and light.

A field of sunflowers all growing together is an amazing and uplifting sight, especially if you spend a little time observing how the flowerheads slowly move so that they are always facing the sun as it travels through the heavens. Astrologically the sun is associated with the male principle as well as with spiritual knowledge.

The Sunflower Essence

As a flower essence Sunflower is particularly valuable because of its ability to help transform out of balance male energies, in both men and women. This is particularly important at this present moment because of the need for us to bring our inner feminine and masculine energies into greater union, so that we can move more fully into unity consciousness.

Out of balance male energy is currently very obvious in the world around us, which is a clear sign that transformation is in process and that it would be good if we looked within to see whether we have any personal re-balancing to do.

Sunflower essence cleanses and purifies the heart chakra so that personal power and authority is used in a balanced way and positive leadership skills develop. It will also help to transform feelings of anger or hostility related to one’s biological father, authority figures or towards God/Divine Intelligence.

Sunflower stimulates the spiritual body and realigns all the subtle bodies to work more easily with the heart chakra so that intuition and the flow of higher wisdom increase. It will also stimulate and align the kundalini energy in the seven main chakras.

This is a wonderfully nurturing heart chakra essence that will help you balance your personal power, enhance natural leadership skills and encourage greater alignment with your intuition and inner wisdom.

How to Use the Sunflower Essence

Sunflower works extremely well taken as a single essence on its own. An effective dose for most adults is four drops on the tongue 4 x a day, straight from the stock bottle. For best results take consistently for a period of two to four weeks.

It is also very effective mixed into a stock combination with other deep acting Flower, Gem or Crystal essences if you want to focus on an issue in more depth.
