So our focus for this month’s Essence Review is the Throat Chakra combination from the Chakra Essences range.

With the shift in consciousness from a third dimensional reality to a fifth dimensionally based one gathering in pace and intensity, we are all experiencing a greater level of awareness of our soul / spirit and multidimensional self. Parts of ourselves that have not been available to us previously are now waking up and coming online.

In this context our chakra system is one of the areas of focus that is becoming particularly important. Chakra points are energetic gateways in our subtle energy system, that provide important connection points between the physical and multidimensional aspects of ourselves.

Of particular importance are the seven main chakras that connect etherically into the spine, working together as an integrated team. Each chakra needs to be open and balanced in order for the team to function fully through all dimensions.

The Throat Chakra

The throat chakra is an etheric energy centre situated in the area of the physical throat. At an everyday level the throat chakra supports our ability to express ourselves in the world through language and creative expression of all kinds.

Of particular importance at this level is the ability to express ourselves and our emotional needs in a balanced way and without fear of what anyone else might think of us.

At a more expanded level of awareness the throat chakra is connected to the causal body and forms a vital link in the communication system that links us consciously with our soul and multidimensional self. Inner hearing or clairaudience is facilitated through this chakra.

One of the throat chakras multidimensional functions is to provide an anchor point for the soul so that we are able to know and freely express our spiritual truth and creativity in the world, something that is greatly needed now in the rapidly changing world we live in.
