In this month's E-Light we explore how January is presenting us with the exciting opportunity to make a huge quantum jump in consciousness, as well as how we can best navigate ourselves through the period of accelerating change opening up in the second half of the month. We look at the importance of our choice of vibrational frequency in this process, our power as creators and the need for us to use our discernment when choosing where we put our attention and focus. We also look at the cosmic energy flow for January and how the unusual planetary alignments we have over the next few weeks, are all pointing to it being a very important pivotal month that presents us with a bridge between the old and the new. We finish by looking at how important it is becoming for us to consciously choose to anchor ourselves outside of the illusion so that it is easier for us to transform anything that we cannot take with us as we move forward, as well as offering a short daily practice to help with this. An Exciting Turning Point |
|
|
|
January 2026 takes us into unknown territory in very exciting and inspiring ways, following on the heels of the extremely profound and heart opening energies that we received around the December solstice and over the Christmas period. There is an opportunity to make a huge quantum jump in consciousness opening up right in front of us. You might feel this as a sense of inner excitement, a feeling of spaciousness & expansion, or possibly a little hesitation about stepping into something so different and unknown. Maybe a combination of all of those! The cosmic alignments and the energy flow this month is unequivocally showing us that we are about to move into a period of very fast-moving change. January’s energy in particular is creating a bridge from the old energies into the new, and as we enter the second half of the month, we will start to feel the new energy open up and begin to take shape at quite a fast-moving pace. This is currently creating a ‘pressure cooker’ effect for many of us right now as anything that cannot cross the bridge into the new energies begins to crack open, break apart or make itself very obvious. This is something that is happening both within us and externally on the world stage. Everywhere and anywhere that transformation and reorganisation is needed will begin to become even more obvious this month and on into 2026 as a whole. From the bigger picture perspective this is a fantastic opportunity and one that we have been waiting for, for so long. From our more limited human perspectives though, it will undoubtedly have its moments of challenge as we negotiate the necessary waves of reorganisation and the turbulence that they are likely to trigger off. I am sure that your version of this is playing out strongly for you right now. Ours certainly is! Just remember to be kind to yourself, breath and allow anything that has got stuck and is causing discomfort to be seen and held in the loving flow of acceptance so that it can clear through more easily. Keep in mind that this period of expansion of consciousness and reorganisation is a vital part of our journey of evolution and that it is not just we here on Earth that are experiencing this, it is affecting every part of our galaxy in the same way. We are incredibly supported in this process and just need to stay aligned and centred to assist with its unfolding. I know that some days this might feel easier said than done, but just do your best to follow your heart and go with the flow. All is well! |

Any systems, structures, frameworks or organisations that are unable to flex and flow into a form that allows more truth, freedom and equality within them are coming under increasing pressure to change. Some will find a way to change, and others will need to undergo a metamorphosis, or a phoenix rising from the ash’s moment. Some of this will be loud, noisy and in your face and some will just reshape and evolve. Our moment-by-moment choices of how we view what is happening, the attention that we give it and how we choose to hold our focus will determine how easily this change unfolds. We are being asked to reevaluate everything that we have thought about ourselves or been programmed with or believed was true so that the framework of life on Earth can change in new and exciting ways. As part of this process, some extremely deep old patterns, belief systems and inherited ancestral patterns are needing to unwind and dismantle so that a new version of humanity can come forth. This is happening at an accelerated rate right now. As a result, we are being asked to clarify priorities and commitments and to establish the legacy that we wish to see carried forward. We are being reminded that we are the creators of our reality and encouraged to use our power to make change for the highest good of all. At its simplest this just means that we need to become especially conscious of the vibrational frequency and motivation of our thoughts, words and actions. Everything that we think and feel feeds a particular strand of reality with energy, so consciously choosing not to proliferate anything that we do not want to see more of is a very good way to begin to expand our responsibilities as conscious creators. With a little mindfulness and maybe an essence or two it will not be long before you begin to see tangible results both within you and in the world around you. Remember too, should you happen to notice that you have managed to create something that you do not want, as a creator you have the power to uncreate it, simply through non judgemental intention and loving acceptance. Make no mistake, this is powerful work and something that we can all do to contribute into the current process of change. |

Joy is such beautiful energy and will remind you how to bring more of your true nature into your everyday reality. Energetically January is a very important, pivotal month, a bridge between the old energies and the new. In the first half of the month there is a huge focus of planetary energies in Capricorn, all requesting that we reevaluate where we have got to and offering us the opportunity to reset our priorities and commitments so that they are in alignment with what feels truly alive for us now. We have reached a point of no return and are about to step over the threshold into some very new energies. This begins in the second half of January as one by one all of the planets huddled in Capricorn begin to move into Aquarius where they will all conjunct Pluto, the planet of transformation and rebirth, opening the door for some radical new beginnings. Towards the end of the month Neptune pushes the doorway open further as it moves into Aries ready for its rare meeting with Saturn on the very first degree of the zodiac – 0 degrees Aries - later in February. It could not be clearer that we are being invited to step into new and very exciting territory as the month progresses. Full MoonThe full moon on January 3rd provided some powerful illumination for us about what was actually going on in our lives and where we might need to make some adjustments to be able to flow forward in the best way for us. As you were bathed in the nurturing compassionate light of this full moon you might well have become particularly aware of an old pattern or life circumstance that is not in alignment with who you truly are and consequently cannot cross over the bridge with you into the new energies. Remember that all of these old patterns originally served a purpose and provided you with something you needed at the time they were created. Just holding it in loving acceptance and noticing the vibrational frequencies that hold it together will allow it to begin to dissipate and reshape into something more life enhancing for your future. Venus & Mars conjunct the SunA powerful meet up of Venus, Mars and the Sun 7-9th January bring a focus to the balance between our inner female and male energies as well as to relationship dynamics. This might provide be a reset opportunity for how these energies play out in your own life and relationships which could be extremely valuable, whether as confirmation that you are in alignment with yourself or a moment to review a relationship that feels as though it is still running on old energies. New MoonOn January 18th we have an absolutely stunning New Moon at 28 degrees of Cancer conjunct all of the personal planets and Pluto. The doorway to what comes next is open and the opportunity to step into it couldn’t be clearer. We will all embrace this opportunity in our own ways and in our own time so just be super aware of what is presenting itself to you from within your own heart and inner being. Notice what feels alive for you and allow your awareness to see the opportunity from multiple directions and then simply do your best to flex and flow with whatever is needed in the moment. Power IssuesOther threads in the energy flow this month bring a focus to power issues of all kinds and may well bring to the fore ways in which power is being abused and used in out of balance ways. This is strong energy and might look particularly ugly in the outer world as a result. Remember to detach, stay in peace and deal with anything within you that arises as a result. The less we feed the energy with our attention, the less power it will have. |

Anchor beyond the Illusion |
|
|
In our world we have created a very convincing illusion that keeps us separate from the truth about who we are, masks our history and distorts our perception of ourselves and the world that we live in. Most of us have had many life experiences within this illusion and have lived out its many possibilities to the full. If we pay attention we can see this illusion beginning to break apart and fade much more quickly now as our expanding awareness takes us on a journey of exploration beyond it. A journey of remembering that we are eternal beings currently having a human experience in which we are choosing to step consciously into a new heart based reality. In the last few years in particular so many things that question the validity of what we have previously believed when fully enmeshed within the illusion have started to become obvious and impossible not to notice. For instance, huge junks of information coming to light that clearly indicate the distortions and gaps in our planetary records, history books, scriptures and scientific understandings. The recognition of how much the feminine energy is needed to partner the male energy within us, the depth and breadth of the benevolent help that we have received down the ages from our galactic brothers and sisters, as well as the decidedly less benevolent interference that has found its way into many ancient stories and hidden artifacts from the past. All of this information is opening up avenues of understanding that help us to see the truth of who we actually are, weakening the illusion and allowing us to step out of it more easily. The energies this month are inviting us to take this process to a whole new level but to do this we will need to consciously anchor ourselves outside of the illusion, otherwise it will be difficult for us to allow it to dissolve. |

Inner Certainty; doubt is a very common, powerful thread of energy that can easily keep us anchored into the illusion if we are not careful. It can weigh us down and keep us from exploring new things and possibilities. It often comes to the fore at times when we are going through periods of change and realignment, such as now. If you should find yourself dipping into a patch of doubt this month, the Inner Certainty combination is the one for you. It will help you transform doubt into inner certainty and help you expand your perspective beyond the illusion. Inner Wisdom; your soul is constantly anchored outside of the illusion, and its wisdom and guidance is always accessible to you through your heart. Use the Inner Wisdom combination to strengthen the connection between the soul, heart and mind and to increase access to your own inner knowing. A great way to steer yourself through these time of change. |

It will greatly help to have a simple daily practice of connecting with yourself in your heart space. As you do this focus on your breath, allowing your heart connection to expand as you relax and breath light and love into your energy fields and physical body. Consciously anchor yourself into Mother Earth through your grounding chord and expand your connection to your higher self or soul through your upper chakras. Cultivate the feeling of peace and stillness that this brings, allowing it to gradually permeate your beingness and draw you fully into the awareness of the present moment. Feel the sense of spaciousness opening up all around you and just remind yourself that these feelings are your anchor point to the reality beyond the illusion. Make it as real and tangible as you can and then take a moment to observe anywhere that you have an old story, pattern, emotion or personality fragment that needs your help to transform so that it can fully let go of the illusion that it has been stuck in. Be very clear with yourself that you are going to stay in your heart and observe rather than move back into the illusion. Remember to ask your higher self or your Angels to help you with this and then stay open to receive. This process need not take a long time and can be something that you revisit often during your day to remind yourself where your anchor points are. The more you practice the easier it will become and the quicker the illusion will dissolve. We are all connected and the more of us that put our focus outside of the illusion the easier it will be for others to see past it. |

Being Present; this is a wonderful essence to help you anchor yourself fully into your physical body, so that you can connect more easily with the present moment and the stillness within. It will also help you to get quiet enough to explore any fragments of illusion that are still needing your attention to transform. Heart Connection Spray; this is such a helpful spray. I use it anytime that I want some extra assistance to open my heart more fully, or to clear away some old emotional issues that I can feel are weighing me down or keeping me attached to the old illusion. |
