The Heart Chakra

The heart chakra is the middle chakra out of an integrated system of seven main chakras. It is connected to the higher mental body in our subtle energy system and resonates with the colour green and the element air. Rather like the fulcrum point on a seesaw it is the central point of balance from which we can integrate the physical and spiritual aspects of ourselves, opening the gateway to Unity Consciousness. The ancient symbol for this interconnection of body and soul is the six pointed star, with its two interlocking triangles, reminding us of our original blueprint for wholeness. The consciousness based at the heart chakra is that of unconditional love. All of us at some point in our lives, however briefly, have experienced the wonderful feelings of joy and love that belong to an open heart chakra, only to loose them again in the illusion of 3D life on earth.
Most of humanity carry deep emotional wounds in the heart chakra from these 3D experiences that make us reluctant to open our hearts and allow the pain to be transformed into love. The result of this is the ‘needy’ version of love, based in the Sacral & Solar Plexus Chakras that is so much a part of our current reality.
However, when the energy in the Heart Chakra is flowing freely we are able to experience Love, Compassion and Brotherhood. When there is a blockage in this chakra we might experience being overly critical, possessive, jealous, fear of letting go & being hurt, indecision or feeling unloved.

Heart Chakra Combination Dosage Instructions
Take four drops on the tongue directly from the Chakra bottle between two & four x a day. Usually you would need to finish the whole bottle then re-check to see if more of that particular combination or another is needed.
For best results take straight from the stock bottle sent, do not dilute.
Preferably take 20 minutes away from food and drink.
Dosage Notes
We would recommend that you only take one Chakra Essence at a time, and that you do not take any other higher vibrational essences at the same time.
