Flower Essence Consultations & Free Advice
We love talking to people about essences and we are always happy to offer some essence advice to anyone who needs it. If you're not sure which of our essences would most help you, and your query is relatively simple and can be discussed in around ten minutes or so, we will do our best to help when you phone up. Flower Essence Consultations
We offer two in-depth flower essence consultation options which will give you the time and space you need to go more deeply into the issues that you are needing help with. For either of these options you will need to book a space in our consultation schedule to speak with one of our qualified essence practitioners.
Essence Consultation: Option 1
This is a 20 - 30 minute appointment in which we will discuss what is going on for you and where you need some essence support to be able to move on with your inner journey. This option has a focus on helping you to clarify what is causing discomfort and to identify the emotional threads and belief patterns that are holding that particular ‘story’ together. We will then offer you some essence suggestions drawn from our large repertoire of essences that will target what we have identified in our discussion. These consultations will normally be with either Catherine or Sam.

Essence Consultation: Option 2
This is a 60-minute appointment with Catherine that will have a focus on a deeper exploration of the issues that are coming up for you as we go through these times of great change and transformation.
Currently we are all being called back into alignment with our soul and with our particular purpose for being here in this lifetime. The frequencies are rising on our planet again and we now have the opportunity to move beyond the limited reality that third dimensional life has offered us for so long. This is exciting but also challenging when aspects of ourselves that are still operating from the old patterning begin to surface and request our help to transform.
In this consultation we will look at what you choose as a soul plan for this life, what patterns you brought in with you and those that you have inherited, consciously and unconsciously, from your birth family. We will also explore the legacy of these old patterns and the gifts and challenges that the experience of them has offered you. Looking from the expanded perspective of your soul you can more easily see that these old ‘stories and the threads of emotion that are still holding them together are really just fragments of you and not your true self, making it easier to let go and make new choices.
Flower, Gem & Crystal Essences are powerful tools to help you dissolve old stories and bring you back into your centre and into greater alignment with your true self. As part of this consultation Catherine will tune-in for you and create a personalised combination of essences to help you work with the issues that have been highlighted in our discussion.
