Throat Chakra Combination Dosage Instructions

Take four drops on the tongue directly from the Chakra bottle between two & four x a day. Usually you would need to finish the whole bottle then re-check to see if more of that particular combination or another is needed.

For best results take straight from the stock bottle sent, do not dilute.

Preferably take 20 minutes away from food and drink.

Dosage Notes

We would recommend that you only take one Chakra Essence at a time, and that you do not take any other higher vibrational essences at the same time. However, a well-chosen combination of Crystal Herbs Bach Flower Remedies can often be very helpful when taken alongside ( leave a 20 minute gap between doses.)
