August 2025: the E-Light Newsletter

In this month's E-Light Newsletter we explore the opportunities opening up for us as we move deeper into unity consciousness and in particular how important it is for us to create a balanced, loving and mutually respectful partnership with our soul/spirit. We look at how we can do this by simply keeping an open heart and having the curiosity and willingness to explore beyond the confines of the everyday mind.

We also look at the highlights and opportunities of the cosmic energy flow this month, explore what it means to remember who you truly are as a soul/spirt while in a physical body and how we can best nurture and expand the relationship between the personality self and the soul self over the coming weeks and months.

As always, we highlight some flower, gem & crystal essences that might be particularly useful to help us move through the month in harmony & balance and you can also find our latest special offers.

Partnering with Spirit

As we continue to explore further into fifth dimensional unity consciousness more and more of the patterning of the old third dimensional matrix is falling away, and new possibilities and perspectives are fast becoming available to us. Curiosity and a willingness to align with our true self and explore beyond the obvious is all that is necessary to open up the doorways of opportunity that are all around us. The energies this month will be taking us even deeper into this process of exploration and transformation.

It is becoming more and more obvious that the changes involved in this transition are profound and include every part of us. We are not going to able to stay centred in our ego self and just change around the edges; every aspect of life and every aspect of self is included. Slowly but surely, we are awakening to a more expanded truth about ourselves and our world and a fundamental part of this  grand adventure is the healing of the long imagined rift between the material and spiritual worlds. Living in a consciousness of separation for so long we have experienced this rift in so many different ways.

Possibly you have had lives where you have chosen to explore the idea of there being nothing beyond this material world, Conversely you may have had lifetimes deeply immersed in various religious doctrines where in one way or another you have seen union with your spirit self as being something that has to be strived towards but is unattainable until you exit your physical body and only then if you have followed the relevant 'rules'.

Ridicule and persecution of anyone who dared to step outside the narrow confines of the everyday world to embrace spirit in meaningful ways, practice healing or communicate openly with spirit has been systematic and comprehensive for many thousands of years. All of this and more has left an imprinted patterning that is not easy to dissolve until we consciously choose to make a new choice.

Now is the time for us to do this because for us to move forward we must remember ourselves as spiritual beings having a human experience and focus on creating a meaningful and vibrant relationship with our true, authentic self our soul/spirit.

Essences to help

• Dodecahedron Essence is a great essence to use when you need some help to expand your ability to  connect with your soul and/or the realms of spirit. It will expand your consciousness and remind you  how to see beyond the ordinary everyday reality. We all have this ability but sometimes we need a reminder of how to access it. Let this essence give you a little nudge to engage with yourself at a more expanded frequency. The spray version is particularly good to use before connection or meditation.
• Star Tetrahedron Essence: the star tetrahedron is an ancient symbol that amongst other things symbolises the interconnectedness of spirit and matter. Use this essence to enhance unity consciousness and bring balance and integration to your inner male/female polarities, heart & mind, and spirit & matter.

The Cosmic Energy Flow for August

The cosmic energy flow for August is expansive, dynamic and focussed in its desire to help us move on out of the old into something new. The intensity of the energies around the peak of Lions Gate on August 8th followed by that powerful full moon on August 9th required some careful negotiating and had many people, including us, yet again exploring some very deep issues that were ready for rebalancing.

Although intense, these energies were very expansive and provided an opportunity for us all to gain a much fuller and more comprehensive perspective on the issues that needed our attention. The very high frequency light that flowed in over this time and still continues to do so, is opening our awareness and giving us greater access to the perspective of our Soul/Spirit so that anything that does not align with that perspective can be more easily released and transformed.

Lions Gate

Lions Gate is a galactic gateway that opens each year when the Sun is in Leo. It is connected to the rising of the star Sirius, our spiritual sun, which in ancient times coincided with the annual flooding of the Nile and the consequent rebirth and rejuvenation of the surrounding lands. Our Sun illuminates our physical world just as Sirius illuminates and expands our spiritual world. This is the partnership of spirit and matter being played out before our eyes as a constant reminder to us of this truth.

The inflowing high frequency light and light codes that we receive at this time each year offers us an opportunity to infuse ourselves with this expansive spiritual light to rejuvenate and upgrade our physical bodies and further awaken our consciousness. Open yourself to receive this beautiful offering of peace, love & healing and anchor it deep into your physical body so that it can flow into the world around you.

New Moon in Virgo

On August 23rd we have the first of two New Moons in the sign of Virgo. The one this month promises to be quite poky energetically as it is at 0 degrees Virgo and square to Uranus in Gemini. The influence of Uranus is not subtle, rather it is disruptive of the status quo and often brings sudden unexpected events and new, out of the box ideas. Vigo on the other hand likes to be useful and to have everything in order, streamlined and working efficiently.

Be generous with the seeds of new ideas that you plant at this new moon and allow for the possibility that they might blossom in quite unexpected ways. We can best do this when we stay centred and allowing of new possibilities unfolding rather than expecting everything to go on along an old, well-known trajectory. There are some beautiful threads in the energy flow this month that will provide a supportive and visionary influence to help us see beyond the chaos and upheaval that is taking place in the world, as a result of so much change taking place on all levels.

The planetary alignments are weaving flowing patterns of synchronicity and coordination that offer new foundations and opportunities that we can use to take us forward, provided that we remember to align with the vision of our soul self.

Essences to help

• New Horizons Essence is the essence to take when you are feeling a little overwhelmed and/or challenged by the need to make changes so that you can engage more meaningfully with your soul/spirit. It will expand your awareness and encourage you to connect with the bigger picture of whatever situation is that you are working with.
• Open to Receive Essence: if we still have active old patterns that lead us to believe that we are not always loved and supported by the universal flow of energy coming from Source it can be hard for us to fully open our hearts and choose to trust the relationship with our soul self. This is essence to use to help release these old beliefs, open your heart and dismantle any unconscious barriers of self-protection that you might have erected along the way.

Expanding Your Relationship with You

In any relationship we might have, things flow best when there is mutual respect and understanding, as well as clarity about what responsibilities, skills and abilities each person is holding and contributing to the relationship to make it work optimally.

As we each seek to expand our relationship with our own true self or soul/spirit, it is helpful to remember that our spirit is us not something separate from us. We are actually in relationship with an aspect of ourselves which until now has not been easily accessible to us while we have been in a physical body. At a physical level we have skills and abilities and a body that functions in physicality. At a spirit level we have access to Source and the universal field of quantum energy that holds the knowing of everything in existence. We have wisdom and a knowing of our unbreakable connection to Source and the ability to see beyond the narrow confines of the human mind.

Keep in mind that your physicality is a much-valued part of your soul/spirit, in fact it has been created by it so that you as a spirit could have experiences in the worlds of form. When the two aspects of us can work together in a balanced partnership, magic happens, and new horizons open up that we have only been able to dream of until now.

Essences to help

• Healing Relationships: so many of us have had relationship experiences that have left us feeling somewhat emotionally battered and bruised in one way or another. The legacy of this is that we tend to be wary of opening up in relationships in case we end up getting hurt again. Any patterns that play out in our human relationships will inevitably be reflected in our relationship with our soul/spirit until we choose to clear them. This is the essence to use to support you to do this. It will help you to dissolve defence patterns, restore intimacy & trust and open your heart.
• Loving Acceptance Spray: if you should ever find yourself having difficulty moving beyond the polarity patterns of right/wrong, good/bad/, them/us etc, this is the spray to use to help you move right back into your heart so that you can see whatever it is through the eyes of love, the way that your soul/spirit will see it.

Let Your Soul Show You What It Knows

Over the next few weeks and months allow your personality self to step back and choose to be humble and open enough to allow the wisdom of your soul/spirit to flow through you, opening your mind and expanding your awareness of who you are. Likely this will trigger a rearrangement and review of the old habit of referring to the logical mind for answers, as well as the tendency so many of us have to search for knowledge and information outside of ourselves.

What if the belief that we have to store knowledge and information in our brains and to rely on outer sources of information is only something that works in the depths of the 3D matrix? A thread of the matrix designed to keep us small and unaware of our true power as spiritual beings. If so, it has certainly worked well, but now it is time we reviewed this idea and allowed ourselves to explore beyond it with more consciousness.

Beyond 3D this is one of the functions that spirit performs in the partnership between you as spirit and you as a physical being. When you turn your attention inwards and allow yourself to tap into the  flow of your spirit, all the information and understanding that you need is available from the quantum field. However, you can only access this flow when you turn within and listen with your heart, rather than engaging the everyday mind that has no reference points to help you with this. When you remember to listen with your heart you and your spirit are one, equal partners. When you separate out and ask for information from a non-self-empowered place, as though your spirit exists  separately from you, or is outside of you rather than within you, you are immediately back in the old 3D matrix patterning.

Listening from the heart takes you into the 'we' place of unity consciousness, rather than the 'me and you' place of the everyday mind, that has become so familiar to us. Take time out this month to explore the opportunities opening up with curiosity and playfulness, as you remember how to walk in partnership with your true self.

Essences to help

• Inner Child Humility: if you should find yourself having difficulty hearing your soul/spirit, possibly your personality is having difficulty remembering the basic unity and oneness of all life and how it fits into this. Just be kind to yourself, we all have layers of patterning around this issue, and we all experience difficulty with it from time to time. The Inner Child Humility Essence is the one to use to help you remember what you have forgotten so that you can experience life more fully from humbleness, unity and oneness.
• Inner Wisdom Essence: this is the essence to use when you need support to bring greater balance between the heart and the mind so that you can more easily access the wisdom of your soul. It will also help you to open your heart and promote greater inner knowing.
