In this month’s E-Light newsletter we explore how important it is for us to use our free will to consciously choose something new for the future, rather than being manipulated into making unconscious choices that support the old paradigm.

We also explore humanities hidden history and look at the need for us to keep our perspective as open and flexible as we can, so that we can finally expand out of the box of old thinking that has kept us small and controllable for so long.

We finish by looking at the cosmic energy flow for March and in particular at the extraordinary and unusual energies of the coming Aries Equinox. We discuss how important it will be for us to stay centred, grounded and in alignment with our own inner truth so that we can weather the storms of change and strengthen the foundations of our burgeoning new reality.

The Importance of Conscious Choice

Perspective & Flexibility

Welcome to March and the ongoing roller coaster ride of extraordinary, transformational energies that are lining up to expand and uplift our awareness this month. The cosmic energy flow for March is turbulent, intense and very fast moving with a focus on helping us to awaken to deeper truths both within and without. It is not only highlighting the closing of the old astrological cycle and the beginning of a new one but also the opportunity for us to choose to move beyond this point in very new ways.

The huge collection of planets in Aries as we start the new astrological year at the Equinox, is unprecedented and highly indicative of the opportunity presenting itself for us to keep on making new choices if we want something new.

There is no doubt that this can be challenging energy to negotiate because by its very nature it unearths everything that is untrue, disempowering and not in alignment with integrity & in the best interests of everyone involved. It ruthlessly exposes issues of power, control and manipulation, offering us the opportunity to refuse our support of this old paradigm. While this is ultimately very helpful and much needed it is also not particularly comfortable.

So, it will be important to keep your perspective as wide and as flexible as you can this month. Allow the storms of awakening to flow through and around you but stay as connected as you can to your inner core self where you know that all is well and on track, however challenging it might look. Stay present with yourself as best you can and pay attention to where you are putting your focus and energy.

There is no doubt that we are in intense times and if we choose to view this from the old perspective it might seem as though humanity is going backward and repeating old patterns rather than choosing something new. Keep in mind that we are still in that very important phase of transformation, clearing and new choices.

Everything is now coming into the open so that we can see the way that the world has actually been including those things that have been largely hidden from view until now. Some of this unveiling is both shocking and disturbing to witness, as the true extent of the manipulation, control and hidden power agendas are exposed to view.

• Clarity; the energies this month are definitely going to test our abilities to stay clear headed and sure of what we want to create. Our Hidden History

As part of this process of revelation there are some very interesting things coming into greater visibility, particularly related to humanities true history and origins and the way in which this has been hidden and deliberately obscured and rewritten by those who want to keep us small and controllable.

Humanities history has been long and has gone through many cycles, some more balanced than others. Down the ages we have received help to evolve from galactic beings more evolved than ourselves, and we have been hindered and controlled by others with a less altruistic agenda. We carry the legacy of both in our genetics, and this is now in a process of upgrade as we choose to evolve and step into our spiritual maturity.

Over the last 5000 years in particular the forces of power and control have been playing out increasingly strongly on our planet. Religions, governmental institutions and power-based hierarchies have all created ‘stories’ that obscure the truth and keep us disempowered, fearful and subservient. These old constructs are now falling apart and becoming more obvious especially if you can keep your perspective open and your mind flexible.

Of course, none of this is made obvious in the main-stream media, quite the reverse which is why we need to look beyond the illusions that are being carefully orchestrated at the moment. It is time for us to come into spiritual maturity and to own who we are and to step into it fully. This is the opportunity we are being offered and while it is not without its challenges, we need to recognise that the reason we are here at this time is because we know how to rise to that challenge and now is very definitely the time.

Your Free Will Choice

We live on a planet of free will, so our choices are always recognised even when we have not made them consciously. All the choices we make as individuals feed into the human collective and influence the direction that humanity as a group chooses to go. Now is a time where it is more important than ever that we make conscious choices and to do this we have to recognise how we might be influenced by old programming into making an old choice rather than a new one.

This is particularly important right at the moment because some of that old programming is deeply imbedded and not in the forefront of our awareness. However, in the current flow of truth revealing energies it is becoming more possible to see where we might still be conforming rather than making a new free will choice. Of course, the forces that do not want change are not intending that this will be easy and are currently creating a great deal of noise, disturbance and false smoke screen distractions in the hope of pulling people back or helping them to make the same choices they have always made.

This is fairly easily done if you can make people afraid for their safety, disrupt their way of life, trigger off old programming that sets one group of people against another, or simply make people uncertain by providing false, misleading and confusing information. In these situations, people can more easily be manipulated into using their ‘free will’ choice to choose something old rather than something that they would actually prefer.

Expand Your Perspective

One way that we can stay ahead of this manipulative behaviour is to examine what we believe and how we hold those beliefs. For instance, if you look carefully, you might find yourself caught up in an unconscious way of seeing the world that is based on the premise of things being either right or wrong. You might recognise this as a tendency to centre yourself in a set of ideas that you feel comfortable with and then value anything else against them.

So, despite the fact that we may be allowing of others belief systems, underneath we still see the world from the perspective of polarity. If you stand back and review this, you will see that it makes it very difficult for you to embrace a more unity-based belief system. It also leaves you vulnerable to making old choices, because you do not have a new platform to make them from.

Try moving your perspective around and looking at every situation from as many perspectives as you can without fixing yourself anywhere. Then move into the centre, into your heart and look from there. How could you let go or change your perspective so that what is ‘right’ becomes flexible enough to move into a new way of seeing the world.

For instance, one where you could choose not to support conflict because it serves no one, or one where you can stay firmly in your heart and offer compassion equally to all sides of a conflict or argument. These are the simple free will choices that we can all make on a daily basis, that will flow into the collective and continually strengthen the creation of a new reality while weakening the old.

If we do not choose to feed the old ways they will quickly wither and die just like anything that does not receive adequate care and nourishment. You are a powerful being, remember to use your power consciously to create what you want both for yourself and future generations.

The Energies of March

The energies of March are powerful, fast moving and very focussed on helping us to make new choices. Of course, this happens every year as we approach the Aries Equinox but this year the build-up of planets in Aries as we get to the Equinox is absolutely extraordinary and unprecedented, certainly in recorded history. We could not be offered a greater signal that this is the time of new beginnings!
The outstanding cosmic events this month are;

Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Virgo

March 3rd presented us with a spectacular and powerful full Moon lunar eclipse in Virgo. Although the visual results of an eclipse only last a short time the energetic effects linger on for several months after the actual event, so I am sure you are still working with what this eclipse has brought into awareness for you. 

It was a south node eclipse, so it is illuminating those things from the past that are now ready for change and transformation. With the Moon in Virgo this might mean a review of practical everyday ways that you live your life, old systems, habits that no longer serve you or outdated responsibilities. The energies will be encouraging you to let go and allow new ways of doing things to take centre stage. This might be as mundane as simple lifestyle changes or a fundamental change that has us letting go of something we have been carrying along with us for some time knowing that things need to change, for instance a new house, the reordering of a relationship or the release of old belief systems.

Whatever has been illuminated for you allow flow and let the energies take you to a new place that will serve you better as you move forward.

3I Atlas meets Jupiter

Over the last few months our interstellar visitor 3I Atlas has been paying its respects to many significant planets in our solar system including Earth, always at times when the energies are particularly high such as just prior to the December solstice and at new and full moons. This month 3I Atlas will be making its closest pass to Jupiter on March 16th, just prior to the Aries Equinox and at the same time that Jupiter is conjunct Sirius our binary star.

In its journey through our part of the cosmos 3I Atlas has been very carefully seeding new information and light codes that will greatly contribute to the unfolding new reality that we are all cocreating. Jupiter is considered to be the home of much ancient wisdom and Sirius holds the important evolutionary codes that are helping us to transform here on Earth. 3I Atlas is magnifying these and showering us with new gifts of life as it passes through. Do remember to connect in and open yourself to receive these expansive, life enhancing energies.

New Moon March 19th

On March 19th we have a potent New Moon at 28 degrees Pisces, exact at 1.24am. This new Moon will reactivate the Saturn/Neptune conjunction still active at 1 degree Aries and also be directly influenced by Uranus at 28 degrees of Taurus. This is offering us an absolutely beautiful opportunity to orchestrate the new beginnings that we have been dreaming of and begin to bring them into a more tangible reality. Dream big at this new Moon and then allow the dream to take form as we move directly on into the Aries Equinox.

Aries Equinox March 20th

The Sun moves into Aries at 2.45pm UK time on March 20th triggering the Aries Equinox.

0 degrees Aries is a powerful position in the zodiac because it marks the beginning of the astrological year and the energies prevalent at this time set the background energetics for the whole of the coming twelve months. Aries is a fire sign, one of four Cardinal signs in the zodiac, the others being Libra, Cancer and Capricorn. These are the signs that mark the Equinoxes and Solstices of our annual cycle, and they have a powerful influence on the world stage.

Aries energy is fast moving, very direct and fiery in nature. It does not mess around. At this time of the year, we always experience an uplift in forward movement and the sense of powerful new beginnings. This year there is a powerful magnification of the sense of closure and new beginnings at this Equinox due to the extremely unusual number of planets lined up in Aries and Pisces. There are 9 orbiting bodies in Aries at the time the sun hits 0 degrees Aries and several more very close by in Pisces. This gives a highly unusual and powerful focus to the energies of fire and water which will require some careful negotiating. Definitely look out for steam!

Weathering the Storm

As we have said, the energies of the Equinox bring an absolutely unmissable focus to the opportunity for grand new beginnings. This is also fiery action-oriented energy that is very fast moving, so it is highly likely that we will find ourselves impulsed to move forward in some important area of our lives. When this happens, remember to stay grounded and in your heart, and follow the flow that feels right for you. The doorways are set to open when you choose to align with your inner knowing and higher purpose.

The energies of the Equinox are likely to have quite a profound effect on the already volatile events currently taking place on the world stage. Certainly, there is the possibility that these fiery focussed energies could temporarily whip up more volatility and disruption in the world as they seek to help us dismantle the old and replace it with something new. As positive as this is, it might not feel particularly comfortable in the moment, so it will be important that we remember to stay centred, grounded and in our hearts where we are best able to use our free will choice to contribute to something new.

Keep your vibrational frequency as clear and high as you can so that you can continue to see beyond the chaotic whirlwinds of change. Remember that you are always loved and supported on your path.
