In this month's E-Light Newsletter we explore the exciting opportunities that are opening up for us to become a new more expanded version of ourselves.
We look at how the cosmic energy flow this month is inviting us to take a deep dive into the depths of ourselves and to release anything that is old and no longer needed for the next part of our journey of transformation. We also discuss the exciting possibilities being gifted to us by our interstellar visitor, 3I Atlas, look at the highlights of the energy flow for November, consider the advantages of time speeding up, focus in on the nitty gritty of allowing in the new and recognise the importance of anchoring ourselves into the consciousness of the heart.
As always, we highlight some flower, gem & crystal essences that might be particularly useful to help us move through the month in harmony & balance

Making Space for the New You
Rebirth & Renewal
Transformation is a huge ongoing theme for us all right now and one that we can expect to take us into some interesting and uplifting experiences over the coming weeks and months.
The cosmic alignments are becoming increasingly potent as we move through November and December and on into 2026. They are actively supporting and encouraging us to make space for a new version of ourselves to come forth.
Although we might find this a little challenging in the moment as we are requested to let go of more of who we thought we were, if we can just remember to keep moving forward, new streams of possibility will keep opening up for us.
Usually when we make a choice to move on in any way in life, there is a necessary period of clearing out that happens first, so as to make space for the new. Think about the huge clearance that happens when you move house for instance.
November’s energy flow is set to help us clear space within, as it takes us on a deep dive into the watery depths of Scorpio energy, where we can more easily encounter old parts of ourselves that are ready to come into the light of awareness for transformation.
This is a particularly important theme this month because we are in the process of making space for the new and exciting energies of renewal that 3I Atlas is gifting us as it passes through our solar system.
Our Interstellar Visitor
3I Atlas is the intriguing interstellar traveller that is now making its way through our solar system at great speed. There is much speculation about what this visitor might be and what it might be bringing to us, but for sure it is no ordinary visitor of the sort we have seen before. It appears to be guided by consciousness of a very high order as it carefully visits some of the important planets in our solar system, including our Sun, before making its closest pass to Earth on December 19th right before the December solstice. Information from the realms of spirit indicate that Atlas is carrying new light codes of renewal and upliftment designed to help the Earth and her inhabitants make a quantum jump in consciousness. We can already feel these light codes being delivered to us through the rays of the Sun, reminding us to be ready and willing to make space for these energies of renewal so that we are able to integrate and absorb them to the highest degree possible.
Essences to help
- Angel of Transmutation: this is the essence to use when you feel in need of some extra help from the Angelic Realm to help you elevate your consciousness and make it easier for you to release difficult or painful issues without getting stuck in them. A lovely essence to use in spray form when you need some quick extra support.
- Angel of Purification: call in the Angel of Purification to help align you with the highest frequencies of light, so that you can remember your true self more easily. Use this essence to help you cleanse and release any toxic thoughts, beliefs or emotions that are holding you back.
- Inner Light Essence: use this essence to help open up your energy field and physical body so that it can open to receive more high frequency energies and light codes.
Transformation is Speeding Up!
I’m not quite sure how this year has gone so fast but as I look back over it, I can see that so many things have happened in the 11 months we have had of 2025. You might notice when you look back over your year that your perception of it changes depending on whether you review it with your linear mind or from a more expansive heart space where there is room for more than one stream of possibilities at a time.
As we leave behind the linear reality of the third dimension we also step into a new version of time where everything happens quicker according to the focus of our attention.
A very positive aspect of this is that anything that we might need to change, let go of, or heal can now happen much faster. Because there are now multiple possibilities available to us, it is also much easier to come against a situation in life that appears to be very challenging only to find that a solution opens up very quickly when we move our focus off the problem and allow a solution to present itself.
Timelines are less fixed, and many more possibilities are opening up for us as a result. All we have to do is to stay in alignment and keep making space for the new.
Our anchor points into the Earth are very important in this process because unless we have deep roots and a solid foundation to work from in this realm, it is very difficult to open up all the connections to our multidimensional selves that are now possible for us.
I find for myself that I need to be very mindful about this and to make sure that I have a daily practice of aligning myself and my energetic system into the Earth. If you should find yourself feeling a little wobbly and disconnected from yourself this month it might pay dividends to check out your grounding.
Essences to help
- Base Chakra Essence: the Base Chakra combination is the essence to use when you need to strengthen your grounding and anchor points into the Earth. It will help to create a more stable energetic foundation, release fears about physical safety and improve your ability to function in the everyday world.
- Earth Connection Spray: I find this spray such a helpful one to use when I need a little extra help to stay grounded, connected and in my own space. Helpful any time you feel a little disconnected from your grounding and in need of a little extra support.
The Energies of November
The energies of November are expansive and abundant with many opportunities to review, transform and renew. With the Sun in Scorpio for the greater part of the month we will be encouraged to dig deep into our hidden emotional storage bins and to clear out anything no longer needed.
The full Moon in Taurus on November 5th was certainly intense and the new Moon in Scorpio on November 20th is likely to be even more so, especially if we do not give ourselves space to allow what needs to surface to do so. Just remember to give yourself time to breath and allow.
Mercury turned retrograde on November 10th prompting us to slow down, turn within and review anything that needs our attention from the past that we might have missed.
Unusually we have three grand water trines this month, creating a beautiful flowing opportunity to let go into the flow and release anything we no longer need.
There are also several planets changing signs this month which will bring new flavours and influences into the energy flow. Most notably we have Uranus retrograding back into Taurus for a final visit before moving fully into Gemini for the next 7 years or so.
Then we have Saturn, also retrograde, moving back into Pisces for the last time before moving back into Aries next year. This will create quite a wave of change as we revisit anything that we have not concluded during the time they were in those signs before. Another prompt from the cosmos to clear space for what is coming and to be ready to move forward in new ways.
Allowing in the New
As we get ready to make a quantum jump in consciousness over the next months and years, we will increasingly be called upon to review and release old perceptions and understandings related to the polarity consciousness that we are leaving behind.
For many of us this is still deeply ingrained in our awareness, often in very unconscious ways that make it difficult to fully allow in something new. It is likely that many of these old crystalised energies have been pushing into your awareness recently, possibly making you feel uncomfortable or unsettled in some way.
You might also be noticing areas of resistance making their presence known more strongly. Perhaps you have had some uncomfortable emotions arising, emotions that take you back into old past events that you thought that you had dealt with a while back. Whatever it is that is revealing itself, celebrate! This is what you need to see in order to make space for a new you. It is simply coming into awareness for transformation and the multi-dimensional aspects of you know exactly how to bring it back into harmony and balance.
Just notice what vibrational frequencies are associated with what is trying to come into your awareness. Maybe something is triggering off old fears, or you find yourself feeling judgemental, angry or not good enough in some way. These old patterns are just a few of the large repertoire that has been available to us in third dimensional polarity consciousness.
Move into your heart, find as neutral a space as you can and allow them space to reveal the story that is still attached to them. Essences are a wonderful way to assist with the process of release.
Essences to help
- Strength & Courage Spray: use this powerful spray to help you dissolve and transform vibrations of fear and remind you of your own innate strength and courage and the love that is your true self.
- Inner Freedom: this is the essence to take any time you find yourself being pulled back into an old polarity pattern of judgement, intolerance or criticism. It will gently but firmly remind you how to move back into your heart and help you to dissolve the old vibrations that are holding you stuck.
- Feeling Worthy: sitting at the bottom of many an old pattern is that lurking feeling of not being good enough in some way. Use the Feeling Worthy essence to help you remember your innate value and worth so that you can move back into greater alignment with your true self.
Your Heart Hold the Key
Keep in mind that your heart is the doorway through which the new you is able to enter and take centre stage. Your sacred or higher heart chakra contains the vibrant spark of Source light that is your unique connection with your creator. This is also your connection point with your multidimensional self and the wisdom of your soul.
Your heart knows you as your true self and will always offer you any wisdom and guidance that you need for your journey from this perspective. It will be able to help you see past any of the old patterns that you might be working with, provided that you remember to align with its frequency and trust what you receive.
In the old third dimensional consciousness we have been taught to reference the lower mind to find our way in life and as we move into a more expanded consciousness the mind is completely out of its depth because it simply has no reference points to advise us on the new. Instead, it will try to keep us within the old parameters of understanding, because this is what it considers ‘safe’.
The more that you can remember to reference the wisdom of your heart and expand its influence, the easier we will find it to make space for the new you because this ‘new you’ is your true self and is the only way that your heart knows you.
Start each day by moving deeply into your heart and inviting your higher self to infuse you with Source light and love. Invite your mind to join you and reassure it that all is well. Your mind is a still a wonderful resource but needs to be aligned with your heart as you step further into the new you.
